4. Membership and Payments
Some features require a paid membership subscription. Payment terms are outlined at the time of purchase. All fees are subject to our No Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change membership pricing with reasonable notice.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Content shared by members does not constitute professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
Quantum Friends Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
